Yes, and it is the point of the feature. REPZ drives the terminal from inside the app: you enrol a member's face, fingerprint or palm from their profile and the device asks them for it the next time they walk up, you push their photo to the terminal screen in one tap, and you can block, unblock or remove them from every device without walking to the door with a laptop. All the member data you already added in REPZ is pushed straight to the biometric device, so nobody types a member in twice.

REPZ works with the standard push-protocol biometric terminals Indian gyms already buy, including eSSL and ZKTeco face, fingerprint and palm devices such as the AIFace family and the older fingerprint units. REPZ reads each device's own capabilities and only offers what that machine can actually do, so a fingerprint-only unit never shows you a face-enrolment button. You can run more than one device on a door and more than one door per outlet, with a separate set per branch for chains.

Yes. A punch on the terminal becomes an ordinary check-in: face, fingerprint, palm or card, no phone needed and no register at the door. Check-out is recorded on the way out with the same three-hour auto-close as everywhere else, double-touches are ignored rather than read as an instant check-out, and a terminal that loses its internet sends its backlog when it reconnects with the punches landing at the time they actually happened.

Yes, and it is your call. Turn on 'refuse entry when expired' and an expired member's finger or face stops opening the door. Leave it off and the door still opens while the visit is recorded, for gyms that would rather have the conversation at reception. There is a grace period from 0 to 90 days, so setting 3 means a plan that ran out on Monday still works until Thursday. Renewing a member lets them back in automatically the moment the payment lands, and a 'who can't get in' screen names every blocked member with the reason, with one tap to clear anybody who should no longer be on it.

Yes. REPZ has a full shop: items with photos, categories, cost price and selling price, a live stock count with the shelf valued at what it cost you, and a low-stock level per item so things turn Low Stock then Out of Stock before anyone notices. Record a purchase and the stock goes up while the cost books itself as an expense. Sell to a member or a walk-in with a discount, cash, UPI or card, a UPI QR carrying the post-discount amount, and a receipt into WhatsApp. Shop income is reported apart from membership money, so neither hides the other.

Yes. Each staff member gets a sales commission percentage set independently of their membership commission, and the rate is stamped on every sale, so raising somebody's cut changes what they earn next, never what they already sold. They get their own sales history, you get the full list across everybody, and earnings stay attributed to the outlet that produced them even if the person moves branches. Shop earnings and membership earnings are reported separately, because they are different work.

Four plans. Basic is ₹599 a month for one gym with biometric access, memberships, UPI, invoices and attendance. Pro is ₹699 and adds the shop, sales records and commissions. Ultimate is ₹799 for chains, with several devices per door and consolidated reporting. Early Adopter is ₹899 with unlimited members, unlimited staff, 10 outlets, every feature, and your rate locked for as long as you stay. Yes, and it goes further. Permissions are per person rather than fixed roles: over thirty switches you turn on or off individually, covering members, payments, member attendance, staff attendance, plans, diet plans, inventory, biometrics, income and expenses, and messaging. Someone can be allowed to record a sale without ever being allowed to change a price. A trainer can be narrowed to only their own assigned members, and if you withhold contact details their phone numbers are never sent to that staff member's device at all. Changes take effect without them logging out and back in.

Yes. Multi-outlet is built in. Each branch gets its own biometric devices, its own QR, its own member list and its own reports, and owners switch between outlets in one tap while still seeing consolidated revenue across the chain. Staff earnings stay attributed to the outlet that produced them.

Deleting a member never deletes their money. Their payment history stays on your books, so your revenue reports are unaffected and only the member leaves the roster. Deleted members sit in a Deleted tab and can be restored, plans and outlets are removed reversibly, deleting a shop item leaves the sales it made on the books, and destructive actions ask you to type the name first and say exactly what will go. Removing somebody for good wipes their personal details and their login while keeping the money filed under their name.

Yes. Take whatever the member has today, and REPZ tracks the balance until it is settled. Every figure in the app is priced on money actually collected rather than the ticket value, so your collection totals never flatter you, and a discount comes off the outstanding balance rather than rewriting history. A lapsed membership can raise its own pending due automatically, which is a switch you control: leave it off and a membership that runs out simply expires. Dues are pending while you are willing to wait and overdue past a day you set, and trainer commission is credited on each collection, so a fee paid in three goes earns three times and adds up to exactly what paying it once would.

Yes, on one screen with a Members and Staff toggle: the same search, the same to-mark and marked tabs, the same day picker and the same in-and-out times. It is deliberately kept as its own register, because every rate in the product is present divided by members and folding four trainers into a gym of twenty would report 120% attendance. Staff get one row per person per day with a three-hour automatic check-out for shifts nobody closed, viewing and marking staff attendance are two permissions separate from the member ones, and staff punches on the door terminal land in the same register.

Yes. Members browse your plans in their own app with theirs pinned to the top, and can request a different one for you to approve or decline. From your side an upgrade can happen now, paying the difference, or be scheduled to take over at the next renewal with that renewal already priced and dated, and a scheduled change leaves a visible trace rather than quietly waiting. Renewals anchor either to the previous expiry or to today, chosen with a chip on the form, so a lapsed member's paid days are never lost.
