The door is not an upsell in REPZ: face, fingerprint, palm and card access control, enrolling and pushing member data to the device from the app, and refusing entry when a membership expires are on Basic at ₹599 a month exactly as they are on Early Adopter. What the higher plans add is more of the office: the shop, the commissions, more outlets and more devices per door.

Pro adds the counter and the team. That means the shop, with inventory at cost and selling prices, low-stock alerts, shelf value, purchases that book themselves as expenses, over-the-counter sales with discounts and WhatsApp receipts, plus staff sales commission, trainer commission on money collected, expenses with per-category budgets, and diet plans with weight and BMI tracking. Pro also raises the limits to 750 members and 10 staff per outlet across 5 outlets.

Ultimate is for more than one branch and more than one door. It allows several biometric devices per door and several doors per outlet, consolidated reporting across every outlet, per-outlet earnings attribution for staff who move between branches, and it raises the limits to 2,000 members and 25 staff per outlet across 10 outlets. Data migration is done for you and support moves to priority.

Three reasons. Everything is uncapped: unlimited members, unlimited staff accounts, and 10 outlets. Nothing is gated, including whatever ships next, at no extra cost. And the rate is locked for as long as you stay, which matters because REPZ is early and the price will not stay at ₹899 forever. You also get a direct line to the people building it, and your requests go to the top of the list.

Three months costs the same as 2½ months, six months the same as 4¾, and a year the same as 9, which is 17%, 21% and 25% off respectively, on every plan. A year of Ultimate works out at ₹599 a month, which is what a single month of Basic costs.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required. There is no setup fee for the software, and existing members, plans and expiry dates can be imported so you start with your real data. Biometric hardware is a one-off cost quoted separately, and REPZ support installs and registers it for you.

Yes. Move up a plan at any time and the new features switch on immediately. Members, staff and outlets you have already added are never deleted by a plan change. If a limit would be exceeded we tell you before anything happens rather than after.
