A staff dashboard shows member counts and today's attendance, never the money. Withhold contact details and the phone numbers are never sent to that staff member's device at all, rather than hidden on it.

Trainer pay
Paid on money that actually arrived.
A commission percentage per trainer on what their members pay, credited on collections rather than invoices, so a fee settled in three instalments earns three times and comes to exactly what paying it once would. Commission can sit on a plan instead, for every trainer you never set a personal rate for.

Counter pay
And the counter earns on what it sold.
A separate sales commission per person for over-the-counter sales, because whoever shifts the protein is not on the trainer's membership rate. Shop earnings and membership earnings are reported apart, since they are different work.

Blocked at the door, not deleted.
Taking somebody off the roster stops the door opening for them and keeps their enrolment, because throwing away a face template would make putting them back a lie. Delete them for good and their device code goes with them, so no face is left opening your door for somebody who left.
