Features
Everything REPZ does.
42 feature sets across 9 areas of running a gym. Every one of them exists in the product today. Nothing on this page is a roadmap promise.
01 · The door
Biometric access control.
A face, fingerprint or palm terminal on your door, driven entirely from the app. Every punch becomes an attendance record, and an expired membership stops opening it.
The hardware
Face, fingerprint, palm & card
- Face recognition at the door, with the member's photo on the terminal screen
- Fingerprint, palm and RFID card, whichever your terminal supports
- REPZ reads each device's capabilities and only offers what that machine can do
- More than one device per door, and more than one door per gym
- A separate set of devices per outlet, for chains
- Setup, registration and discovery done once, by whoever installs the hardware
Devices

· KakkanadOnlineLadies entry
· KakkanadOnlineTurnstile
· EdappallyOfflineA terminal that loses its internet sends its backlog on reconnect, and the punches land at the time they actually happened.
Push to device
Everything you add in REPZ goes to the device
- Member records pushed straight to the biometric device from the app
- Enrol a fingerprint, face or palm from a member's profile, and the terminal asks them next time
- Push a member's photo to the terminal screen in one tap
- No walking to the machine with a laptop, and nobody typed in twice
- Enrolment status per credential, honestly separated: a pushed photo is not a face template
- A member sits on the device under a code that is never reused

A pushed photo is not a face template. Face recognition still needs the member in front of the camera. REPZ never pretends otherwise.
Automatic sync
Nobody presses a Push button
- A new member or a new hire reaches the terminal the moment their record is saved
- Register somebody at the desk and they can walk to the door and enrol
- A changed name or photo is pushed on save, so the door is never a day behind
- Only outlets that actually have a terminal make the call, so a gym without one pays nothing for the feature
- The push happens after the record is safely saved, so registering a member can never hang on a rebooting Windows box
- Only what the device holds is re-sent: editing a blood group does not re-upload a photo over your broadband
- Pushing somebody and deciding whether they may enter are one action, so a member with no plan is never left unblocked
- A device code is allocated as the record is saved, on show even while the terminal is unreachable
- A sync job list names anything the terminal refused, ready to retry

Member access
Block on expiry, on your terms
- Refuse entry once a membership expires, as a switch you turn on or off
- Off means the door still opens and the visit is still recorded
- Grace period in days, from nought to ninety
- Renewing a member lets them back in automatically, the moment payment lands
- Every renewal, plan change or edited date re-checks that member's door access on the way through
- Block or unblock one member at the door individually, with a reason
- A 'who can't get in' screen: every blocked member named, with why
- Re-apply access clears everybody who should no longer be blocked, in one tap
- Remove a member from every terminal when they leave
Expired memberships
Refuse entry when expired
Expired members still get in · punch recorded
Days of grace
Refused 0 day(s) after expiry
Currently blocked · 3
Re-apply accessA name and a reason, never just a count. Renewing lets them back in automatically, the moment the payment lands.
Punches
A punch is just a check-in
- Biometric punches sit alongside QR self check-in and staff marking, on the same screens
- Check-out on the way out, with the same three-hour auto-close
- Double-touches are ignored, not read as an instant check-out
- A terminal that lost its internet sends its backlog on reconnect, timed to when it happened
- Every punch is kept even when it doesn't match anybody
- Every push, enrolment and block is logged with what the terminal replied
- Punch traffic authenticated and encrypted end to end

02 · The counter
Shop, stock and sales.
Sell supplements, gear and drinks over the counter, and know what's on the shelf without counting it. Stock, expense and income all move on their own.
Inventory
The shelf, counted for you
- Items with photo, description, category, cost price and selling price
- Your own categories, not a fixed list
- Live stock count on every item, with the shelf valued at what it cost you
- Filter and sort: in stock, low stock, out of stock, by name, by value, by what's moving
- Each item's whole life on its own page: every purchase in, every sale out
- Restate a count when the shelf and the app disagree, without inventing a sale to explain it
- Deleting an item is reversible, and the sales it made stay on the books

Buying in
Purchases that book themselves
- Record a purchase with supplier, quantity, unit price and date, and stock goes up by itself
- Every purchase books itself as an expense, so the shop's cost is in your books without being typed twice
- That expense lands in a locked category of its own, so shop cost can never be filed somewhere it doesn't belong
- Edit or delete a purchase and both the stock count and the expense follow
Record a purchase
Edit or delete the purchase and both the stock count and the expense follow it.
Selling
Over-the-counter sales
- Sell to a member or to a walk-in, and a member sale becomes their purchase history
- Discount on the sale, with cash, UPI or card
- The UPI QR carries the post-discount amount, so nobody pays the wrong number
- Every sale books itself as income, tagged as shop income
- Receipt shared straight to WhatsApp, member or walk-in
- Each sale keeps the cost the item was bought at, so margin survives a later price change
- The shop never touches the membership ledger: revenue reports say which is which

Members, plans and the numbers that tell you how the month is going, all on the first screen you open.

The roster
Statuses that match reality
- Active, Expiring Today, Expiring Soon, Expired, Inactive, No Membership, Birthdays and Deleted
- Every chip carries its own live count, so the number and the list can never disagree
- Expiry is inclusive: a card reading 'expires 15 Aug' means they train on the 15th and lapse on the 16th
- The desk, the door and the renewal quote all read that date the same way
- Somebody who paid an admission fee and never bought a plan sits under No Membership, never mixed into Inactive
- Search by name, phone or ID
- Sort by recently joined, oldest, A to Z, Z to A, expiring soonest or expiring latest
- Paginated throughout, so a 2,000-member roster opens as fast as a 20-member one
Plans
Plans & memberships
- Unlimited custom plans: daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly or any custom duration
- Plan pricing with optional admission fee, listed benefits and the display order you choose
- Calendar-accurate periods, so a one-month plan bought on 31 January ends where the calendar says it ends
- Consistent validity everywhere, so 30 days means 30 days on every screen
- Membership progress bar and days-remaining countdown
- Member counts per plan, and the list of exactly who is on it
- Members browse your plans in their own app, with theirs pinned to the top

Plan changes
Upgrade now, or at the next renewal
- Upgrade today and pay the difference
- Or schedule the upgrade to take over at the next renewal, priced and dated in advance
- A scheduled change leaves a visible trace instead of quietly waiting to surprise somebody
- Renew from the previous expiry or from today, chosen with a chip on the form
- A lapsed member's renewal carries on from where they stopped by default, so no paid days go missing
- Members can ask for a different plan from their own app, and you approve or decline it

PaidDues
Part payments, balances and dues
- Take what the member has today, track the balance, settle the rest later
- Every figure in the app is priced on money actually collected, never on the ticket value
- Discounts come off the outstanding balance, not off history
- A membership that lapses can raise its own pending due, so the Payments screen is right before anybody opens it
- That is your switch, not ours: leave automatic renewal dues off and a lapsed membership simply expires quietly
- Pending while you are willing to wait, overdue past that, with the line set per gym
- Mark as paid, revert a payment, and a Current Due chip on the member
- One ledger for membership money: admissions, renewals, plan-change differences and credits all land in the same place
Collections
What came in, over any window you ask for
- Today, yesterday, this month, any month, or a custom date range
- The chip, the total and the list underneath always answer the same question
- Collection scoped per outlet, so a chain never reads one branch's day as the whole day
Monthly revenue
₹1,84,200
Other income
Income beyond memberships
- Record supplement sales, merchandise, personal training, day passes and anything else
- Tag a sale to the member who bought it, turning it into per-member purchase history
- Name your own income sources, so 'Other' asks what it actually was
- A locker rental and a vending machine never share a row
- Membership income and other income reported separately, so neither hides the other

Who showed up, and when.
Four ways in: a biometric terminal, the outlet QR, a staff member marking the register, or a card at the door. All of them land on the same register.
Check-in
Attendance capture
- Biometric check-in at the door: face, fingerprint, palm or card
- Punches recorded as ordinary attendance, with check-out on the way out
- Member QR self check-in with a unique QR per outlet, showing days remaining instantly
- Staff marking of present or absent per member per day, with date filters
- Self check-ins tagged, with automatic checkout after 3 hours
- Geo-fence (lat / lng / radius) and Wi-Fi based check-in support

Marking
The register, marked in the same order every day
- Manual marking with instant feedback, so a queue at the desk never waits on a spinner
- To-mark and marked tabs that count the whole roster, not just the page you can see
- A to Z ordering, so a 300-member gym is marked in the same order every morning
- A day picker for past days, showing who was on the books then rather than who is on the books now
- Absent-member reminders straight to WhatsApp

Hire without handing over the keys.
Permissions are per person, not per role: over thirty switches you turn on individually. And trainers get paid on what they actually collect.
The people
Staff records and salaries
- Add a staff member the same way you add a member: photo, details and their rates in one form
- Photo, contact details, position, blood group and date of birth, with a role tag on every card
- Monthly salary recorded per person, kept separate from commission so one never moves the other
- One person can work across outlets, and their earnings stay filed at the outlet that produced them
- A dedicated Attendance section on every staff profile: today's status, check-in time, and the full history behind it

Permissions
Staff access & granular permissions
- Over thirty individual capabilities, set per person rather than per role
- Members: see members, open profiles, see contact details, add, edit, delete
- Only their own members, which narrows a trainer everywhere: roster, search, attendance, profiles
- Payments: view, renew memberships, revert a payment, delete payments and invoices
- Attendance: see the member register, mark present / absent
- Staff attendance: see it and mark it, as two switches of their own
- Plans and diet plans: create, edit, delete, write
- Inventory: see stock, add and edit it, record a sale, delete it
- Biometrics: manage the devices, enrol credentials and push members to the door
- Money in and out: record income, record expenses, delete either
- Messaging: send WhatsApp messages to members
- Contact details are withheld at the server, not hidden in the app
- Dependent permissions handled for you, granting and revoking what they rest on
- Changes take effect without the staff member logging out and back in
- Staff dashboards show member counts and today's attendance, never revenue
- Temporary-password onboarding with a forced change on first login
- Staff work across the outlets they're assigned to

Staff sales
Staff sales & shop commissions
- A commission percentage per staff member on over-the-counter sales, set independently of their membership commission
- The rate is stamped on every sale, so raising somebody's cut changes what they earn next, never what they already sold
- Sales history per staff member: what they shifted, to whom, on what day, and what it came to
- Full shop sales history for the owner, across everybody
- Earned where it was sold, so a staff member who moves branches keeps what they banked at the old one
- Shop earnings and membership earnings reported separately, because they are different work
- Four shop switches per person: see inventory, add and edit stock, record a sale, delete inventory
- Somebody can be allowed to sell without ever being allowed to change a price

Trainers
Trainer assignment & commissions
- Assign members to a trainer, one trainer per member, so responsibility is never ambiguous
- Bulk assign by workout shift (morning / afternoon / evening)
- Reassigning tells you who currently has them, before anything moves
- Commission per trainer as a percentage of what their members actually pay
- Earned on money collected, not invoiced, so three instalments earn three times
- The rate is stamped on each entry, so a raise never rewrites past earnings
- Per-outlet commission tracking, with outlet-wise filtering and a breakdown
- Transferring a trainer prompts you to hand over their members first
- Earnings screen: all-time, this month, any month, month-by-month history

Plan commission
Commission that can sit on the plan instead
- Attach commission to a plan: a percentage of the fee, or a flat amount per payment
- Off by default, because a plan that quietly pays commission nobody asked for is worse than one that pays none
- The two rules are ranked, not added: a trainer's own rate always wins, because that is your standing arrangement with them
- The plan only gets a say for trainers who have no rate of their own, so you cover everybody without editing them one by one
- Credited on money actually collected, so a fee paid in three goes earns three times and adds up to paying it once
- A flat plan commission is apportioned across those collections, never paid again on each
- The rate is copied onto each earning as it is banked, so a raise changes what they earn next, not what they have already done
- None of it touches your income: it is what the gym owes its trainer, recorded alongside the member's money rather than taken out of it
Staff attendance
A register of its own
- Staff are marked in and out like members are, on one screen with a Members / Staff toggle
- Same search, same to-mark and marked tabs, same day picker, same sorts, same in-and-out times
- Kept as its own register, because a gym of 20 members and 4 staff should never report 120% attendance
- One row per person per day, with check-in and check-out times
- A three-hour automatic check-out for shifts nobody closed
- Its own permissions: a receptionist who marks members in has no business marking the manager's shifts
- Staff punch on the door terminal too, and those punches land in this register

Leavers
Taking somebody off the roster
- Deactivating a staff member blocks them at the door rather than deleting them
- The enrolment stays, because throwing away a face template would make restoring somebody a lie
- Put them back and their access returns instantly
- Deleting a staff member for good removes them from the terminal outright, with the device code captured before the record goes
- So a face that still opens the door for somebody who left is never left behind
- A blocked list names everyone who currently cannot open the door and why, with a Re-apply action

Diet
Diet plans
- Write a diet plan for any member: title, goal (weight loss / muscle gain / maintenance), start and end dates
- Meal-by-meal sections: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, plus notes and instructions
- Pre-workout and post-workout meals of their own, because that is when the question actually gets asked
- Written in plain language, with no calorie database to fill in
- Open-ended plans run until replaced; older plans stay readable
- The trainer who wrote it is credited automatically
- Members see their plan in their own app, with goal, duration and trainer's name

Safety
Your records are safe
- Deleting a member never deletes their money: payment history stays on your books
- Your revenue reports are unaffected; only the member leaves the roster
- Deleted members sit in a Deleted tab and can be restored
- Removing one for good wipes their personal details and login while keeping the money filed under their name
- Plans, payments and outlets are removed reversibly, so a mistap is never final
- Destructive actions make you type the name, and say exactly what will go
- Close an outlet and keep everything it recorded, or delete the account on your terms
